The Junior High Ministry at Calvary Chapel Yorba Linda exists to help students in grades 6–8 grow in a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ through the truth of God's Word. We believe these years are foundational, and our desire is to see every student develop a faith that is personal, biblical, and lasting.
Each week, students experience Christ-centered worship, engaging fellowship, fun activities, and practical, age-appropriate Bible teaching. Following the Calvary Chapel distinctives, our teaching is rooted in a chapter-by-chapter, verse-by-verse study of Scripture, helping students understand God's Word in its proper context and learn how to apply it to everyday life.
Our ministry is more than just a weekly gathering—it's a place where students can build lasting friendships, ask honest questions, be encouraged by caring leaders, and grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. Whether your student is new to church or has grown up in the faith, they will find a welcoming community where they are loved, challenged, and equipped to follow Christ.
