The weekend will kick off with dinner Nov 5th Friday evening (dinner at 7:00 pm), you can check into the conference center anything Friday afternoon.  The weekend will conclude with a Sunday breakfast at 9:00 am followed by a final session.  Check-out will be around 11:30 - 12:00 on Sunday that will allow for some family time Sunday afternoon and evening.
